2012 Vendor Information
The Taos Solar Music Festival is as close to a boutique festival as you can have. For over ten years our annual gathering of music lovers come from all over the world! Not only enjoying the amazing musical offerings, but a wonderful host of food, crafts and merchandise. This year's festival will be no different.

Also, please be aware that the area designated for food vendors and merchandise vendors will be at the main entrance to the festival. Sites within the concert or festival area will be available to Sponsors and "Vendor Sponsors" only.
Listed below is our fee schedule, which can also be found in the Vendor Application.
EARLY BIRD APPLICATION FEES:
Applications received prior to April 30, 2012 (Approved vendors will be notified no later than May 15, 2012)
Craft Vendor ____$550.00 per 10' X 10' booth space
Food Vendor ____$850.00 per 10' X 10' booth space
REGULAR APPLICATION FEES:
Applications received after May 1, and prior to June 10, 2012 (Approved vendors will be notified with 15 business days or sooner of receiving completed package)
Craft Vendor ____$650.00 per 10' X 10' booth space
Food Vendor ____$1000.00 per 10' X 10' booth space
Applications received after June 10, 2012 may be returned!
Craft & Food Vendor Fees include 2 Vendor Passes & 1 Vendor Parking Pass, per space. * Additional Vendor (employee only) passes may be purchased from Festival Productions, Inc)
Kit Carson Park Permit Fees are included.
